This policy describes how James Cloud Advisory, owned by Trestivo Learning Systems LLC, handles information provided through our website, inquiries, calls, and consultation scheduling.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, organization, email address, telephone number, business needs, and appointment details. When you speak with our disclosed AI phone assistant, we process your speech and may retain a transcript, a summary, and related call details. We also keep communication preferences, consent and opt-out records, and technical information needed to operate and protect our services, such as request times and delivery status.
Please do not provide passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in inquiry forms, calls, or text messages.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, understand your business needs, arrange and manage consultations, provide requested services, maintain communication preferences, and protect our systems. Automated tools may assist with transcription, summarization, and routing inquiries to Damien.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting and storage, email and scheduling, telephone and text delivery, and AI-assisted processing. These include Microsoft services, Twilio, and providers supporting our voice and inquiry tools. They process information needed to perform those functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold, transferred, or shared for third-party marketing. Providers that help deliver our messaging service may process this information only to support that service.
Consultation text messages
The optional James Cloud Advisory SMS program is registered to Damien James as a Sole Proprietor and is provided for the consultation service owned by Trestivo Learning Systems LLC. Messages are limited to completing a booking, confirming an appointment, and managing appointment changes. We request your permission before enrolling your number. Giving us a telephone number or calling us does not by itself authorize text messages. SMS scheduling is being prepared and is not yet active.
You may reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using the email below. Opting out of texts does not itself cancel an appointment; use its management link or contact us. See our SMS terms.
Retention and security
We retain information as reasonably needed for the purposes above, business records, dispute resolution, security, and applicable obligations. Consent and suppression records may be retained to respect your messaging choices. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and questions
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing damien@jamescloudadvisory.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may choose email or direct contact instead of SMS scheduling.
