Damien James is the registered Sole Proprietor sender for this optional program, provided for James Cloud Advisory, a consultation service owned by Trestivo Learning Systems LLC. Texts may include a link to finish booking, an appointment confirmation, or information for changing or cancelling the appointment. It does not include marketing or promotional messages.
SMS scheduling is being prepared and is not yet active. These terms describe the program that will apply when messaging becomes available.
Your permission
Before sending scheduling texts, we ask you to confirm a number that you control and can receive texts, explain the program, and request an affirmative agreement. Calling us or providing a number alone is not consent. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing services; you can arrange a consultation by contacting us directly.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. There is no separate subscription fee for these texts.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email damien@jamescloudadvisory.com. If you change your phone number or no longer control it, please let us know.
Stopping texts does not cancel your consultation. To change or cancel an appointment, use the appointment management link or contact us directly.
Booking and delivery
A temporary reservation is not a confirmed appointment. Complete the booking steps and check for confirmation. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable because of carrier or network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For time-sensitive appointment issues, contact us directly.
Keep booking and management links private. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information by text.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle contact information, appointment details, and messaging consent. Mobile information and text-message consent are not shared for third-party marketing.
